How should I behave as an extra and on set?
You must behave in a professional manner at all times, in your dealings with POP, the Agents, Production, other Supporting Artists and at all times on set. This includes;

Responding promptly and appropriately to availability enquiries and check-in requests sent to you by the casting agents/agencies using POP technology

Communicating professionally and appropriately with the POP Team including, but not limited to all, social media channels and via the Artist Support email.

Being reliable, polite and helpful on set including following directions in a timely manner and bringing the appropriate dress as directed.
If you do not act in a professional manner including any breaches of the anti-harassment and bullying policy (which you can access by emailing us on ukartistsupport@ep.com) and/or lateness or not showing up, this may result in us removing you from the Casting Portal platform.
