How can I change my name on my profile?
If you would like to be addressed by a different name to your legal name on your ID, in Key Information on your POP profile, enter your preferred name into the ‘Stage Name’ field. This has to be approved by a POP member of staff. To receive verification please email ukartistsupport@ep.com with the subject heading: USE STAGE NAME.
If your legal name is different to the name that appears on the ID that POP has verified please send EITHER a clear scan of your marriage certificate or deed poll to ukartistsupport@ep.com with the subject heading: CHANGE LEGAL NAME.
