How can I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, follow the forgotten password instructions. Once you are logged in you can set a new password from the Account Settings page. This can be found under your name in the top-right of the menu.

If after following these instructions you are still having problems setting a new password then:

If your profile is with POP please contact ukartistsupport@ep.com with the subject heading: NO PASSWORD RECEIVED.

If your profile is with an agency powered by POP technology please contact them directly.
