Why can't I login and how do I get a new password?

Please make sure you are using the correct email address as your email login. You will have ten attempts to login before your account is locked. If you can’t remember your password, please use the ‘I have forgotten my password’ button on the login page to login via email. You will be sent an email which will contain a link to automatically login. For additional security the link will expire after 10 minutes, and is a one time use link. If the link expires before you login, you will be able to request a new one.

If you want to set a new password once you have been logged in via the forgotten password you can set a new password in the Account Settings page.

If you don’t receive an email, please double check your spam folder. If you still can not find the email it may be that the Amazon server that powers the platform has blocked your email as it believes our emails to you are spam. In this instance, if your profile is with POP please contact with the subject heading: NO PASSWORD RECEIVED.
