Your Artist Profile

My profile is locked, how do I unlock it?

You have ten attempts to login to your profile before it is locked. If your profile has been locked please contact usartistsupport@wegotpop.com with the subject heading: LOCKED ACCOUNT so we can unlock it for you.

Once your account is unlocked, we will send you a new password to login with and your account will be available to you for immediate use.

Once you’ve been able to log back in to your account, you can change your password back to something more familiar to you.
