I am having trouble uploading photos, why is this?
Your photos must be in the .jpeg or .png format and no bigger 50MB (a .pdf won’t work).
You can also capture photos directly to your profile from the ‘photograph section’ from your phone or computer, if it has a camera.
Please only upload clear photos. If you happen to come across a photograph that you can’t remove and you don’t know why, please contact usartistsupport@wegotpop.com.
