Your Artist Profile

Why can't I login and how do I get a new password?

You will need a profile on the Casting Portal platform in order to login. If you haven’t yet made a profile, click here and start an artist application today!

If you have already created an artist profile, please make sure that you are using the correct email address as your email login.

Please note, you will have ten attempts to login before your account is locked.

If you can’t remember your password, please use the ‘I have forgotten my password’ button on the login page. You will receive an email with a magic link, granting you access in to your profile. This magic link will stay active for just 10 minutes.

As an added security measure, the password-reset link will expire after 24 hours. If the link expires before you reset your password, simply request a new one.

If you have clicked the ‘I have forgotten my password’ button more than once, please use the link in the last reset password form that was sent to you.

Once you have logged in you can set a new password from the Account Settings page.

If you did not receive an email after your request, we kindly ask that you check your spam folder. If it does not appear to be in your spam folder, and you can’t remember which email address you signed up with, please contact usartistsupport@ep.com with the subject heading: NO PASSWORD RECEIVED, and we’ll resolve it for you.
