Please join us in welcoming our newest agent to the POP platform: Francesca Houlder, founder of Greenlight Casting.
For the past 12 years Francesca has worked for various media organisations, broadcasters and production companies, so has an excellent knowledge of the industry. She is passionate about casting and has expertise in commercial productions, corporate videos and photographic projects, having been Head of Commercials at a leading UK casting agency.
When Greenlight Casting “POPped” in for a coffee we chatted to Francesca about her experience of POP so far
What do you love about casting?
Francesca “I enjoy the quick turnaround of each job and the speed in which everything needs to be done. Every brief is different which keeps things exciting and me on my toes! I also hope that I will have the opportunity to go on set more to support production and meet artists from the POP community.”
How have you found casting via the POP platform so far?
Francesca “The POP platform is a dream for casting and booking! It allows me to cast, book and manage artists on a number of different projects at once. So far it has been great to work with and the support from the POP team has also been fantastic!”
How do you think POP technology can assist your business?
Francesca “The technology is more advanced than the systems I have worked with in the past. I Every step of the booking process has been thought through carefully. I particularly like being able to give clients a log in to the platform, so they can see available artists immediately, making it so much faster to get casting decisions. The ease of the POP platform will allow me to be much more organised and thorough with each project, hopefully increasing business!”
