Why are we hiring this role?

We may build technology, but we work with people and we care about all the communities we’re powering. This role will be responsible for:

  • Educating and engaging the POP artist and crew communities
  • Building reputational excellence through happy customers
  • Enabling client success via quality communities that deliver on their needs


As a POP ambassador you be the voice and face of the POP community globally and will manage:


  • Presenting ideas to the business to educate, build, engage and leverage our communities from POP and client perspectives


  • Build the community - quality, quantity acquisition and retention


  • All community customer service communications including emails, calls, social media
  • Community moderation and accepting applications via our online approval queues incl. Right to work checks
  • Reporting, solving or handling technical actions on all community profiles
  • Managing community events


  • Sourcing, maintaining and building relationships with community stakeholders and community unions
  • Own and manage contact strategy include:
    • Welcome comms
    • Monthly newsletters
    • Opportunities for content creation from the community
    • Content for all community channels (& within other POP comms)
    • Exit comms


  • Collecting and collating community feedback for product development & communications
  • Reporting on community growth, diversity & other key stats
