The part you’ll play

  • Leverage your excellent product and UX design principles and practices experience to drive improvements in our ability to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Use your understanding of the theory and fundamentals of most qualitative and quantitative research methods, their limitations, and when to apply these
  • Drive decision making through the use of data, articulating and understanding problems to apply success measures to respective design solutions
  • Manage a team of two designers and driving their development
  • Ensure deeply embedded user centricity, via user persona frameworks to design solutions and communicate with stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams, users, and other commercial stakeholders to drive optimum outcomes and solutions

How you’ll play your part

  • Use your excellent relationship building skills to nurture trusted, collaborative relationships
  • By leading by example, working as role model and mentor
  • Apply your keen interest in customer research to direct research activities
  • Apply your experience as a Senior Designer obtained through large and/or complex product(s) to influence and motivate approaches to system design, IA and overall UX design
  • Play a key role in the design process, creation of user flows, prototyping, user research
  • Take real ownership over the team’s work, tasks and objectives - able to work independently to drive business outcomes
