Product Designer

We’re looking for a designer who loves building simple tools that make things easier. As a Product Designer you’ll help the POP team bring feature ideas to life, through ideation, research, design and analysis.

We are looking for someone that can

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships, through research, with the people that use our products
  • Create open and accessible prototypes and documentation that enable others to implement the designs you produce
  • Drive our team forward by actively contributing to our component library, style guide and other internal resources
  • Measure the user experience and develop bold opinions about areas of opportunity

You’ll own the design process - creating user flows, building prototypes, collaborating on user research - you’ll work to understand how people use our products, and help to create solutions for the problems and challenges they face as they create world-class television and film.

We love working with designers at POP who

  • Have a deep subject matter expertise in product and UX design
  • Understand the theory and fundamentals of most qualitative and quantitative research methods, their limitations and when to apply them
  • Are data-driven in their decision making, can use data to articulate and understand problems and can confidently apply success measures to their design solutions
  • Take real ownership over their work, tasks and objectives - working well independently to drive business outcomes
  • Has deeply embedded user centricity and is familiar with user persona frameworks and can effectively use these when designing solutions and communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Works collaboratively with technical teams (on feasibility of design solutions, performance impact etc.) users, and the rest of the business to drive for the best outcomes and solutions
