As the first hire in the new Development-focused People Team, your role as the Senior Technical Talent Partner at We Got Pop will play a pivotal role in building our Software development teams remotely throughout the whole of the UK! We are looking for a person who will eat, breath, live sourcing and finding top talent, helping us to sell the huge growth opportunities that exist at We Got Pop, all whilst providing an unforgettable candidate experience to maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the sourcing expert for our most complex Development roles understanding hiring needs, position requirements, priorities and EVP of the teams

  • Use intel, metrics, business and functional knowledge as well as relationships with talent pools and communities, to identify, secure and/or develop a pool of candidates for immediate and near-future needs.

  • Own the strategy and develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pool to ensure there is a diverse range of candidates.

  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and advise based on your knowledge in niche markets.

  • Participate in full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and the close of candidates.

  • You will use your creative ability to find talent through non-traditional methods

  • Help us review and polish our employer EVP

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical teams (essential)

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders

  • Experience building out remote technical teams

  • Experience identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches; familiarity with various sourcing tools/techniques

  • Strong focus with proven success on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation skills, and experience closing top-talent, in a competitive market

  • Experience working in data-driven environments, with the ability to track, understand and create key metrics reporting

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes

  • The ability to operate autonomously

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
