Cathy Hollies is an industry expert with over 10 years of experience in Casting and Production. From her first industry job in 2004, as the Head of Casting at Ireland’s largest background agency, Cathy soon found herself crowd coordinating and AD’ing on TV dramas and feature films. She moved to the UK in 2007 to try her hand on-set and behind the camera, however she went back to her roots in 2012, joining a London-based background agency as the Head of Commercials. Cathy finally took the plunge and set up her own company, CATNAP Casting in 2014, offering her clients a personal, efficient and transparent service.
