Alex is an experienced on-set health and safety supervisor with credits including ‘The Salisbury Poisonings’. Alex holds the following Health and Safety qualifications:

  • COVID-19 Risks on Productions For Freelancers First Option
  • GradIOSH, AIFireE
  • NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Applied Health and Safety
  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management (FC1 and FC2)
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate of Occupational Safety and Health
  • FPA Fire Risk Assessment in Complex Buildings

Rich Pencott

Rich has previously been responsible for Health & Safety on formats such as ‘Running Wild with Bear Grylls’, ‘Mission Survive Seasons 1& 2’, ‘10,000 bc’, ‘Naked and Afraid’ and ‘Ed Stafford’ as well as holding the MLTUK MIC certification.

An ex Royal Marine, Rich is a competent Health & Safety Producer with experience across numerous genres. He’s known for facing tasks with level headedness and initiative. Rich has a working understanding of COVID-19, having recently worked with a disaster response charity helping Britain in its COVID-19 fight.

Tiago Petrica

Tiago is an APOC and Junior Production Manager with HETV Drama studio and location shooting experience, with credits including ‘Killing Eve’. Tiago has recently shifted to focus on COVID-19 risk management and is seeking further high-level qualifications. ‘I wish to be part of a progressive leadership in our industry, to help create a robust framework that looks beyond temporary “mandatory rules to meet insurance demands” but also considers the wider impact on productivity and mental health caused by COVID-19 preventing measures’.

Carl Norman

Carl is NEBOSH qualified as a Safety & Health Practitioner and a Chartered member of IOSH, and carries the following letters after his name; Dip RSA CMIOSH FIIRSM.

Carl is experienced in providing advice and bespoke Safety and Health solutions and has spent the last few years within the film and TV industry. Carl describes himself as a self-motivated and passionate Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner, with a high degree of discipline, initiative and tenacity and a proven track record of helping in supporting dynamic environments.

Natalie Brooke-Reynolds

Natalie is a trained COVID-19 Supervisor via First Option and she has completed The Covid Supervisor Course, undertook and passed the Covid Supervisor exam and also has experience already of being a Covid Supervisor on set. Additionally Natalie is a Senior Production Manager with extensive production skills and knowledge, including dealing with stakeholders internally and externally. Natalie has enhanced DBS checks and is a licensed Chaperone via Haringey Council.

Alexander Stuart

Expertise in risk management/controls (health and safety and environmental) and additional strengths in effective communication, practical skills and organisation. Alexander holds:

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety
  • First Aid certified
  • SIA Door Supervisors registration

Experiencing working in businesses/construction sites/colleges with high volumes of staff/students and have managed day to day health and safety including development of policy and procedures, fire evacuations, alarm tests, risk assessments and inspections.

Anthony Williams

With over 2 years experience both on set and on location Anthony has most recently been working with Public Health England as a Track and Trace advisor. Anthony has received COVID-19 training and holds a Health and Safety Level 2 cert.

Anthony has completed First Option’s ‘COVID-19 Risks on Productions For Freelancers’ Course.

Pete Meads

Pete has worked as a TV & Film Production Medic and with the Ambulance service for the last 5 years. He is due to undergo EMT training this year and is keen to work in COVID-19 related roles. To date Pete has completed the following Covid-19 awareness courses:

  • COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus Certificate of Achievement. - London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and UK Public Health Rapid Support Team
  • Coronavirus Awareness Level 1 - CPD
  • Coronavirus Awareness Course - Skills For Health
  • Coronavirus Basic Awareness on Production Training Certificate - ScreenSkills

Pete was working the Ambulance Frontline during the COVID-19 Peak therefore he has firsthand experience in dealing with this virus.
